Meet The Team
Joe McCole
After a successful career in Engineering spanning two decades, Joe decided to retrain with the Royal Horticultural Society and follow his one true passion, plants and general gardening. With a strong passion for growing vegetables and developing the family garden, these were soon to be humble beginnings as shortly thereafter, Joe's Garden Care was born. The business was set up in 2017 but was only operating on a part time basis whilst Joe cared for his young family.
Justin Harris
After a full and successful career in the Army, Justin retrained as a professionally qualified arborist and worked in Suffolk for a short time before moving back to Rutland in 2017. As a former health and safety consultant, he also advises on all aspects of work place health and safety ensuring our works are conducted to the highest possible standards.
Richard Morris
Richard spent many years working in the printing industry but decided a career outdoors would be more suitable to him and soon after he joined the team here at Joe's Garden Care. Richard has an excellent knowledge of plants and is also passionate about lawn care. This passion shows in his work ethic for our clients everyday.

What assurances do I have for the work undertaken?
We are fully insured, qualified and certified in lawn and garden care maintenance. Plus, we are able to provide site specific risk assessments when required.
How quickly can the work start?
Depending on the team's schedule, we can often get started fairly quickly for you. However, please bear in mind that in peak seasonal periods, there may be a slight delay in getting started for you.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Caldecott and cover the areas of southeast Leicestershire and Rutland. If you are located outside of these areas, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
