Meet Joe
Hi. I'm Joe McCole
After a successful career in Engineering spanning two decades, Joe decided to retrain with the Royal Horticultural Society and follow his one true passion, plants and general gardening. With a strong passion for growing vegetables and developing the family garden, these were soon to be humble beginnings as shortly thereafter, Joe's Garden Care was born. The business was set up in 2017 but was only operating on a part time basis whilst Joe cared for his young family.
Future Growth
The business grew quickly in the first year and soon become the most reputable local business for lawn care and garden maintenance. Just one year since conception, Joe was soon developing his skills providing a range of additional garden services for clients. In just 2 years later when Joe decided to bring more members into the team on a full time basis.

Justin Harris
After a full and successful career in the Army, Justin retrained as a professionally qualified arborist and worked in Suffolk for a short time before moving back to Rutland in 2017. As a former health and safety consultant, he also advises on all aspects of work place health and safety ensuring our works are conducted to the highest possible standards. He has a deep appreciation of nature and loves to work outdoors, maintaining and creating beautiful gardens. He also appreciates hard work and loves to look after the needs and interests of customers. He lives in Oakham with his wife and children and, when he isn’t gardening, he’s thinking about gardening.
Richard Morris
Richard spent many years working in the printing industry but decided a career outdoors would be more suitable to him and soon after he joined the team here at Joe's Garden Care. Richard has an excellent knowledge of plants and is also passionate about lawn care. This passion shows in his work ethic for our clients everyday. He's a friendly and polite member of the team and nothing is too much trouble. He is always happy to help where he can. Richard lives in Market Harborough with his wife and their dog.
Hali Joof
Hali is an important member of the team who supports the team with a variety of projects from lawn mowing to garden clearances. Hali, who is Joe's Nephew, is currently studying at University and predominantly works during the holidays and at weekends when required. Hali is a hard-working, conscientious and dedicated part of the team with a professional and polite manner towards our clients. Hali also enjoys the work and brings with him a great sense of humour and humility to the role.
